Jeff is the V. P. of Technology at SPHER, Inc. He serves as Lead Sales Engineer and Technical Contact. He also runs the development, roadmap planning, customer on-boarding, and customer support sectors for SPHER, Inc.

Jeff brings 20+ years of experience in software engineering and management consulting to the team. Before joining SPHER, Inc. Jeff was the Software Project Manager at the Tokyo branch of Fusions Systems, Inc. In addition, Jeff spent 12 years working as a consultant for the United States Department of Defense at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. in Reston, VA. He has an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic University (Virginia Tech).
